1 Placing an order

1.1 Finding a product

To find a certain product you can use the following search methods:

Finding products by direct searching
By using the search box in the header of our online shop you can easily find the product you need by typing a keyword or an article number into the search box. Please click on the button "Suche" after having made your entries.

Finding a product via categories
The clearly structured categories listed down the left-hand side of our online shop help you navigate easily through the different product categories. Just click on a category to enter it and - if necessary - on a sub-category as well.

If you would like to read a product description, please click on the name or the photo of the product.

1.2 Choosing a product

When having chosen a product, please click "Lege in Warenkorb". The product will then be put into your shopping basket and be directly displayed there.

Now you can go on with the purchasing process (see 2.1 Shopping basket) or you can go on looking for other products by clicking on "Weiter einkaufen" at the bottom of the page or by starting a new search process via the search box or the categories (see 1.1 Finding a product).

By clicking on the "Warenkorb" button on the left column of our online shop you can view the contents of your shopping basket. Of course, you can always and at any time make changes to the contents of your shopping basket.

To find out if a product is available to buy, please view the product list and the article description where availability is displayed. Every article which has the status "sofort lieferbar" is available from stock and will be dispatched after receipt of your payment as quickly as possible.

1.3 Product information

To help make your purchase decisions as easy as possible, we always give you extensive information and useful tips on how to handle our products.

You will find basic information on our products in the respective article descriptions.

1.4 Regular customer orders

Before or when placing an order, you can set up a customer account or, in case you have a customer account, sign in as a regular customer.

If you wish to set up a new customer account, please click on "Anmelden" in the header of our online shop. Then click "Wenn Sie noch kein Kunde sind, klicken Sie bitte hier". After that, type in your personal data and then click on the button "Neu anlegen".

Information
Giving your telephone number is obligatory but merely serves as a means to be able to contact you in case of any difficulties with the delivery of your product.

With registering you have the advantage of not having to type in all your data again when placing a new order. Moreover, you can now keep track with all the orders you did in the past and you have done most recently.

For security reasons we do not retain any credit card data.

Once you have finished your shopping, you can now directly click on "zur Kasse (Stammkunden-Bestellung)" (see 2.1 Shopping basket).

If you already have a customer account, please click on "Anmelden" in the header of our online shop and type in your access data.

1.5 Express orders

You can also place express orders without having to sign in as a customer.

Once your shopping is finished, please click on "zur Kasse (Schnellbestellung)" (see 2.1 Shopping basket).

Please keep in mind that you have to enter your data again when placing a new order.

1.6 Shipment costs & payment methods

Before placing an order you can access details on our shipment costs, shipment terms and conditions as well as the various payment methods we accept.

You can access details on shipment costs by clicking on "Versandkosten" in the header of our online shop or directly next to the product prices.

You can access details on the payment methods by clicking on "Zahlarten" in the header of our online shop.

In addition to this, you will be able to view the different shipment and payment methods when entering the purchase process (see 2.3 Methods of shipment/payment).

1.7 Legal information

By German and European law, we are obliged to provide all necessary legal information in our online shop. Most of the legal information is to inform the customer, but some complicated points, however, rather lead to confusion.

We give insight into all the necessary legal details but we have managed to reduce them in a way that our customers can easily find useful information without having to pore over long extensive GTC.

2 Purchase process

2.1 Shopping basket

Once you have decided to buy a certain product (see 1.2 Choosing a product), you can view the items in your shopping basket by clicking on "Warenkorb". You can then send off your order via our purchase process.

While viewing your shopping basket, you can still check the items, alter numbers, add or delete products. After each change, please click on the button "Warenkorb aktualisieren".

If everything is to your satisfaction, you can start the next step of the purchase process by clicking on "zur Kasse". You have two possibilities: Either you place an order as a regular customer or you place an express order (see 1.4 Orders from regular customers and 1.5. Express order).

2.2 Invoice/shipment address

If you wish to place an express order, please go to the following page and type your invoice and shipment address into the form (only if the two are not identical) and click on the button "Weiter".

If your company is not located in Germany and you have a European VAT ID number, we can invoice without charging VAT (19%) (see 3.5 Invoice).

In case you decide to place an order as a regular customer, please register on the following page by typing your access data into the form (only required, if you have not registered yet). Your invoice/shipment address will then be automatically taken from your stored data.

2.3 Shipment/payment methods

Now choose the method of shipment/payment you prefer. Find details on the possible shipment and payment methods in the header of our online shop.

2.4 Placing orders

Before sending your order you have the possibility of checking your order data and making changes, if necessary.

After having accepted our GTC and our return terms by clicking the box on the left you can then complete your purchase by clicking the button "Bestellen".

By using the box "Kommentar zur Bestellung", you are able to submit further information on your order.

2.5 Payment

After having sent off your order, a confirmation page will pop up with the respective payment data (bank transfer) or with a link for direct payment (credit card, PayPal etc.).

3 Service


3.1 Notifications

In the course of the order process you will automatically receive e-mails informing you about the current order status.

If you do not receive any notification, please check your SPAM filter.

3.2 Order confirmation

After having sent off your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

This e-mail provides you again with all the necessary order details and helps you keep track with the order process.

3.3 Payment confirmation

Once we have received your payment, you will automatically receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

After receipt of your payment, your articles will be dispatched within 24 hours (from Monday-Friday).

Processing bank transfer within Europe usually takes up to a week (dependent on the executing bank). We check our accounts regularly to provide the quickest service possible.

If you pay electronically (via credit card, PayPal etc.), we usually receive your payment at once which means that we can dispatch your item(s) directly the next workday.

3.4 Shipment confirmation

After we have dispatched your items, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail.

In this notification you will find all necessary data on your shipment and a link for your order status. You can keep track with your order by clicking the DHL tracking link within the order status page. Please be aware that tracking is often only possible in the late evening or the next day due to the data collection procedure of the DHL system.

Usually, a DHL package should arrive in Europe within 48 to 96 hours after dispatch. If you do not receive your package four days after dispatch, please inform us.

3.5 Invoice

Once we have dispatched your items, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail, in which you can also click on a link to view your invoice or print it.

In case you need a signed invoice due to fiscal reasons, we can send you an invoice with a qualified signature separately. Please contact us to receive a signed invoice.

If your company is not located in Germany and you have a European VAT ID number, we can invoice without charging VAT (19%).

In this case, please type your VAT ID into the commentary box before sending off your order (see 2.4 Order). We will then change your order accordingly and you will receive a new confirmation by e-mail with the modified data (less 19% VAT).

3.6 Changing orders

As long as your items have not been dispatched, you can make changes to your order at any time - changes to the choice of products, to your address data and/or to the methods of payment.

If you wish to make changes, please contact us. We will then change your order accordingly and you will receive a new order confirmation by e-mail with the modified data.

3.7 Cancelling orders

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so even after having already paid.

Please inform us and we will then cancel your order and refund any already received payments immediately.

3.8 Returns

We always do our best to make orders as trouble-free as possible.

If you happen to discover, however, a defect, please contact us and give us the chance to arrange everything to your utmost satisfaction.

3.9 Right to cancel

In case you are not satisfied with the delivered items, you have the possibility of using your right to cancel.

To make the process for both parties as uncomplicated as possible, please contact us before you return the items. We will then be able to agree on the return procedure together, which will help make the return process easier.
